Yes, we will gladly accept items to be returned for exchange of an item OR store credit on items purchased from ShrakeCulture.com within our specified return window (see further down). Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and free of any damages. We do carefully watch return patterns for potential abuse and over-returning by individual customers, so we reserve the right to refuse return service when we deem necessary. Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, used, altered, scratched or damaged. All items must still have the tags attached. If the item arrives damaged you have 48 hours to reach out to our customer support team about the issue. If you do not reach out in that time frame and the item is returned damaged we will not be able to process an exchange or store credit for the item. Cloth Face masks are the exception to our exchange policy. We can not in any way exchange cloth face masks due to the Corona Virus.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CLOTH FACE MASK?
No, all sales on cloth face masks are final. Once the product leaves our facility, returning it becomes a hygiene issue of high concern due to the Corona Virus, so in no way shape or form can we return or exchange those particular products.
All of our jewelry is made with a heavy plating of gold or silver as we've made every effort to offer products that last over time. Although we cannot guaranty the longevity of our jewelry do to the consumers use of hairspray, self tanners, body lotions, perfumes, makeups, OR if they shower, work out or swim in chlorine or salt water with the jewelry on. For those reasons there is no guaranty on our behalf of Shrake Culture that the items will remain in perfect condition as we cannot regulate whether a consumer will properly care for their items. When real gold is soaked in saltwater for a period of time it will begin to temporarily turn blue, that to say that even the purest of metals can tarnish if not cared for properly over time. We've tested most of our chains in different conditions, body types and daily wear to check the quality of our plating and we're very happy with the outcome of what we offer.

Send us an email at return@ShrakeCulture.com within the first 48 hours if the item is damaged. Please include your item number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with an approval code for the item. Please write the approval code on the original invoice you're returning, with the item.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order, so that you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders super fast and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to websales@ShrakeCulture.com right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
CAN I EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS? Sorry, but anything purchased on Sale is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing it, you can always contact us at websales@ShrakeCulture.com If you purchase a sale item and it arrives damaged, that's a different story so please contact us right away!
WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL SALES THAT USE DISCOUNT CODES? This is subject to the same rules as above. Orders that use any holiday code are NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit. These orders are FINAL SALE.
WHAT ABOUT ORDERS PLACED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES? Any purchases made using a promotional discount code (such as, but not limited to, new subscriber codes, Ambassador codes, referral codes, etc.—these are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only.) No refunds. Items can be exchanged. Store credit will be given based on the discounted price paid. Should you wish to exchange for an item at a higher price, then the price difference will be due upon issue of the exchange. Standard returns policy guidelines apply. DO WE COVER RETURN SHIPPING COST'S? No we do not cover shipping on return items to Shrake Culture for the sole purpose of dislike. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the return goods to us and for any additional shipping fees for us to ship the exchange back to you, unless other wise noted. If the item was damaged upon delivery, we will happily cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
HOW DO I SHIP THE RETURN? Please return your items with all of the branded packaging included with your order, such as earring/necklace cards, jewelry boxes, or pouches.

You have 21 days from placing your order to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. Please note, the 21 days begins when your order is placed, not when you receive it.
LATE RETURN If you attempt to initiate a return for exchange outside of the return window, our team will reject it and let you know. If you do happen to ship an ineligible return without contacting us or getting consent for an authorized return to exchange then our team cannot process it and must ship it back to you.
WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT? Once you have shipped the return back to us, allow normal shipping times for us to receive it. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and check the quality of the return items. Immediately upon approval we will process the exchange or issue the store credit.
DO WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? We do not currently offer International exchanges at this time.

WHAT ARE CERTAIN PROVISIONS REGARDING PURCHASES?
When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making an offer of purchase to Shrake Culture of purchase. If Shrake Culture accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.
We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 business days, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses as well as International orders. We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and Shrake Culture can only do their best to meet the time frames.
